Orison

Orison is a breathtaking network of large interconnected platforms floating in the upper atmosphere of the gas giant Crusader. Built upon a military-constructed latticework of inhabitable floating platforms, Crusader Industries uses these facilities to manufacture their large-scale ships. The shipyards themselves are famously beautiful and have made Orison a prime tourist destination in the Stanton system. Orison maintains its precise orbital height through controlled firing of Seraph-class thrusters beneath each platform, creating gentle vibrations that locals affectionately call "Orison's free massage." Key platforms include Cloudview Center (the main commercial hub with the Stratus shopping center, Greencircle habs, and Voyager Bar), Providence Industrial Platform (the historic shipyard), August Dunlow Spaceport (named after Crusader Industries' founder), Vision Center (convention center hosting IAE and ILW), and Inspiration Park (the company's administrative headquarters). The Hosanna tree, a cross-combination of flowering dogwoods and taverbark pines, was specially created by Crusader gardeners and is a common sight throughout the city.
