Levski is a free-town grown from the remains of a former QV Planet Services mining facility on Delamar, a large asteroid in the Nyx system. In 2655, a small group of activists sought to escape the totalitarianism of the Messer regime and found refuge in this vacated facility. They named it Levski in honor of the ancient Earth revolutionary Vasil Levski, who shared their dream of an egalitarian society. As word of this free town spread, many anti-Messer activists, intellectuals, and pacifists made their way here. Levski is headquarters of the People's Alliance, who aspire to create an idyllic, leaderless society built around mutual responsibility. The facility is bored into one side of Delamar, with installations spreading in and around the main borehole. It features four levels connected by the Central Lift — two paternoster elevators serving as the main internal transport. Despite its relatively small size, Levski is well-appointed as a space harbour with four docking ports, sixteen external freight elevators, multiple hangars, and six open landing pads. The imposing statue of Anthony Tanaka, a child laborer who died under Messer rule, greets visitors as an enduring symbol of the People's Alliance revolutionary spirit.
