Grim HEX

Grim HEX (originally Green Imperial Housing Exchange) is a former Housing Exchange built into a hollowed-out asteroid in the Yela asteroid belt. Originally constructed by Everline Structures Incorporated for mining workers, the station was later abandoned as mining opportunities dried up and slowly transformed into a haven for outlaws, criminals, and pirates. The Housing Exchange officially closed in 2938 but continues to operate under its new lawless inhabitants. Half of the station's corridors are now unpressurized and lack gravity. Grim HEX serves as the headquarters of the Nine Tails pirate gang. Despite its seedy reputation, the station offers essential services including Dumper's Depot for ship parts, Skutters for weapons, KC Trending for clothing, Old '38 bar, and a racing course. The vertical nature of the station means elevators are used to traverse between decks.
