Outlaws

A catch-all designation for unaffiliated criminals operating throughout UEE space and beyond. These outlaws are not members of any recognized gang, syndicate, or outlaw pack, but nonetheless pose a significant threat to law-abiding citizens, traders, haulers, and miners. Unaffiliated outlaws come from all walks of life — deserters, failed entrepreneurs, ex-convicts, and thrill seekers who have chosen a life outside the law. They may be encountered in every corner of civilized and uncivilized space, from the shipping lanes of Stanton to the lawless frontiers of Pyro. Their motivations range from desperation to greed, and their methods are as varied as their backgrounds. Security Advisory: These individuals operate without the constraints or protection of a larger organization. They are unpredictable, often desperate, and should be considered armed and dangerous. Report all outlaw activity to local security forces or the UEE Advocacy.
