Horizon

Horizon is an unaffiliated outlaw group active in the Stanton system and beyond. Operating independently from the major criminal organizations, Horizon members are opportunistic criminals who pose a constant threat to civilians, traders, and explorers traveling through less-secured sectors of UEE space. They are known to operate in small strike teams, targeting vulnerable ships and remote outposts. While not as organized or well-equipped as groups like the Nine Tails or XenoThreat, Horizon compensates through hit-and-run tactics, using speed and surprise to overwhelm targets before help can arrive. They maintain no known permanent bases, making them difficult for security forces to track and neutralize.
