The Vanduul are a sentient, spacefaring species of large bipedal aliens and one of Humanity's greatest adversaries. Nomadic by nature, the Vanduul have no permanent settlements — they live, travel, and die aboard their ships, harvesting planets for resources before moving on. Key Dates: • 2681 — First Contact: On August 9, 2681, Vanduul raiders attacked the human settlement of Dell Township on Armitage in the Orion system, killing 638 colonists.
